React Developer

The candidate is a full-stack developer who has been working in the IT sector for more than 12 years. Currently he has been focusing on frontend application development in React (React, Javascript, Redux, jQuery, Sass, Gulp) for almost 4 years. Before that, for almost 9 years he developed various ecommerce web applications for his clients using mainly PHP, Woocommerce, Prestashop, Bootstrap and jQuery. He wants to focus mainly on React, as he thinks it has a future. He can communicate in English without any problems. He has mainly encountered waterfall in development, but he can also adapt to agile.

2012 - 2013: Graphic design and website development for a music festival, including promotional materials and coding in CSS/HTML/PHP

2013 - 2015: Graphic design and website programming for a cultural center, along with creating promotional materials

2017 - 2019: Designed and developed web and mobile apps using React framework, including UI/UX design, custom vector icons, and front-end development

2018 - present: Remote front-end developer, coding using Nette framework and working on various websites

2019 - present: Remote front-end developer, working on the frontend of the LicenseSpring website using Jekyll, React, and GatsbyJS

2020 - present: Rewriting Bootstrap HTML templates to React/Next.js and creating a new React interface for solar panel management

2008 - 2019: Freelance work building websites and eCommerce sites, graphic design, and product photography. Experience with various CMS systems

Education: Graduated from high school with a focus on computer systems

Language skills: Advanced in English and Croatian, intermediate in Slovenian
