The candidate is a software developer and architect with 20 years of commercial experience. For the last few years he has been specializing mainly in Javascript technologies. He also works as a full-stack developer with React on the frontend, with which he has about 4 years of experience. He is proficient in several technologies on the backend, currently preferring mainly Node.js. He also has experience with Angular and Vue, which he has worked with more or less only part-time. He is able to read code in multiple languages, including C and Python, but does not program in them. He prefers projects where he can work as a developer because he enjoys developing, but will also consider projects where architecture needs to be designed. He also provides technical consulting. He prefers longer-term projects where he is more identified with the product being developed, but is happy to talk about short-term projects as well. He is interested in Javascript technologies, his hobbies include machine learning and NoSQL database issues, or server technologies. He has experience as a team leader, having led teams of up to 15 people, but would prefer to work as a developer in the future. If he had to manage a team, he would manage up to 5 people max. However, he thinks his developer skills are much better than his managerial skills. He speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English at a communicative level, he understands Slovak and Czech, but he does not dare to communicate verbally. He does not have a sector preference, but he liked working on startups. Thanks to this, he also knows business issues.
