The candidate is a young analyst with more than 2 years of experience in the field on the side of school. He has been working in commercial practice for half a year. He focuses on IT business analysis. He has worked with JIRA, UML, IBM, Java, SQL and EPL. On the project he was in charge of e.g. business processes, designing rules and developing them to meet the client's requirements. Furthermore, the analysis of system requirements. He has extensive experience with both Scrum and Waterfall. His English is at C1 level, so communication in an English speaking team is not a problem for him.
