Node.js Developer & React Developer & Vue.js Developer

The candidate is a React developer who has been coding in this technology for almost 2.5 years. He also has some experience with Node.js, MongoDB and can do queries in MySQL. He is also leaning towards fullstack positions, but would definitely need better training in backend development. He has experience with agile methodologies, worked with Scrum, worked on 2 week sprints with daily standups. Also used Jira in the same way. In addition to developing on the frontend, he hopes to get more experience with backend development and data analytics. He hasn't held a team lead position in the past, but is open to the possibility in the future. He prefers to communicate in English, which he has at a communicative level, he thinks it will be faster than communicating in Czech. His Czech is at a basic/intermediate level. He is more inclined to longer term projects for at least a year, but if he is interested in a shorter project for say 6 months, he is willing to consider it. He has no preference in terms of sector.
