Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate is an experienced project manager with 6 years of commercial experience. She has hands-on project management experience in a variety of sectors - mainly telco, infrastructure and mechanical sectors. She has used agile practices in both Scrum and Kanban during her work. Her last major project focused on the deployment of shared infrastructure at airports. Shortly after that project, she also led a smaller project in software development for a startup, which focused on boosting startups in the area. She led a total of 40 people on the projects. The biggest challenge was managing distributed teams located in different time zones (EU, India and deploy in Canada) which she managed to complete successfully. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and average in Italian. She doesn't have an explicit preference in terms of length of projects, she is more inclined to longer term ones, but it's not a requirement. She would also consider possible positions as a Scrum Master. She has no preference in terms of sector, but thinks she has the most to offer from the telco sector and infrastructure.

10/2019 to 08/2020: Technical Project Manager - Deployed the shared infrastructure solution at airports, enabling connections to corporate applications and the internet. Prepared project documentation, coordinated deadlines, and motivated the team. Led multifunctional projects for the telco industry, delivering over 10 projects for 10 airports and 50 airlines.

05/2018 to 02/2020: Project Manager - Delivered technical presentations, assessed equipment needs, and collaborated with sales teams. Managed purchasing projects, arranged delivery, and recommended improvements to customers. Conducted financial planning for market growth.

12/2014 to 02/2018: Junior Project Manager - Managed technological challenges in the energetic field, including sales and analysis of projects across Latin America. Implemented design teams, budget management, and reliability indicators for cement plants in Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean.
