The candidate has been in IT for 25 years. For the last year he has held the position of Architect, where he actively cooperates with developers within the state administration. His most used tool is JIRA and from agile methodologies he usually works with Kanban. He also has extensive experience with Analysis, but his main interest is in Management. He was an IT Manager for almost 5 years, where he led a team of 3 to 4 people on projects mainly dealing with virtualization, migration and implementation. He is fluent in English, which he also prefers at work. In addition, he also understands German, but not to the level of daily communication.
