The candidate has been actively involved in Agile methodologies for 6 years, and for the last half year he has been working directly as a Scrum Master. Before that he was also an Agile coach and has very rich experience in Scrum implementation and presentation. As a Project Manager, he has been managing projects in an Agile way via Scrum since 2014, but he has held the position of Project Manager since 2004, when he was responsible for the project from its initial idea. He is able to manage even large teams efficiently, without being bothered by tight deadlines. Thanks to his many years of experience as a Project Manager, he can distinguish very well between the requirements of a Scrum Master and a Project Manager, which allows him to work really efficiently and smoothly within the whole team. Most of his experience has come from the banking industry, but he is very keen to try new things. He has a good command of the English language, which doesn't cause him any problems at work either. In addition to English, he is also fluent in Russian, both spoken and written, but speaks rather brokenly.
