Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate has been working as a Project Manager for 5 and a half years and is currently in her second year as a Scrum Master. She works on IT projects in the banking industry, where she is responsible for two Scrum teams at the same time. She is also responsible for meeting customer expectations as well as coordination and communication between all teams, not only within the Scrum teams. Apart from the normal job description of a Scrum Master, she enjoys creating suggestions and processes to improve the culture of the company. She is fluent in English and enjoys working on international projects where English is the main language.

August 2019 - Present: Scrum Master, responsible for project management and team leadership in the payment cards industry.

September 2018 - July 2019: Project Manager, providing project management support and solving customer problems.

March 2016 - September 2018: Project Manager, responsible for managing customer-related and internal corporate projects in the payment cards industry.

February 2015 - November 2015: Cost Analyst, involved in indirect purchasing management and coordinating selection processes of new suppliers.

March 2012 - May 2014: Project Administrator, responsible for coordinating smaller integrated supply within projects and providing project management support.
