The candidate is a skilled Scrum Master with over 2 years of experience in the field. However, he has been working in agile environments in leadership positions since 2012. He has managed important projects, acted as a sponsor or project owner in one. As a Scrum Master, he has mentored agile Project Managers so that agile methodologies work especially in practice. He prefers people oriented management style, enables people to work agile, conducted retrospective meetings. My English is at a communicative level. He does not have an explicitly preferred area of work, but is interested in finance, energy or automotive. He would not like to work in construction. He has worked on a European project where up to 300 people have been working under him non-internally. Internally, however, he led 50 people.

2007 - 2012: Head of IT Responsible for managing the IT division and overseeing various projects, including interactive maps, regular import of insurance data, continuous improvement of core insurance systems, centralized management of card payments, and migration projects.
