Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate is a developer who has more than a year of commercial experience with Java programming. He got into a position at IBM when he was also a project manager, where he got a feel for how things work in such a position. He would currently like to establish himself as a junior Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant. He has actively used agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum and Kanban. He has no problems communicating in English. He would be able to use his technological soft skills as a project manager as he also knows the basics - SQL, C/C , Python, PHP, HTML/CSS, Git.

The candidate has been a Scrum Master for over 2 years. Originally he worked as a Java Developer, but this job was not very fulfilling for him as he prefers to work with people. He gradually worked his way up from a Project Manager to a skilled Scrum Master. At first he was in charge of a team of 5 people and gradually took responsibility for two more teams. Currently he is doing the work of a standard Scrum Master, while also acting as a coordinator for Scrum Masters of other teams around the world. His main task is to ensure that all project realisms are synchronized and compatible. He prefers to work in IT development in an international environment where he can use the English language, which he is fluent in.
