Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate is a project manager and scrum master with over 20 years of experience. He has been working in an agile environment for the last 8 years and has been trying to implement agile wherever he can in management positions. He has experience in managing multiple teams in parallel and leading large teams. He has no problem communicating in English, he has a level C1 certificate. He holds a SCRUM certificate.

The candidate has been in IT for 22 years. He's been through pretty much every position, consequently he's focused on leading teams. He often holds the position of Development Manager, trying to lead development in a very human way. For the last 9 years he has been focusing on Agile, where he has been a Scrum Master, Agile Leader or Agile Coach. In addition to leading teams, he also has experience leading Scrum Masters and usually acts as an Agile Evangelist in the team. One of his biggest achievements is that he has been able to significantly improve Vodafone's reputation regarding agile development. He also recruited almost 50 people from his position as a manager there in 1 and a half years and changed the structure to accommodate agile development. He has experience in banking, insurance, telco sector and education and is open to other areas. In addition, he also speaks English at a fluent C1 level and uses it more than Czech or Slovak at work on a daily basis.
