Project Manager & UX UI Designer

The candidate is a UX/UI designer/specialist who has worked in this position for over a year and a half in commercial practice. Prior to that, she was a graphic designer for over 4 years. Her main job responsibilities included - as a UX/UI designer, she developed prototypes for machine/line control applications in the food industry. She designed both machine illustrations and user scenarios and evaluated the overall usability of the applications. She was responsible for the deadlines of individual projects. As a freelancer, she did most of the consulting and initial analysis or figuring out what the customers product needed. She can communicate in English without any problems. In her work she actively used agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.

UI/UX Designer (July 2019 - October 2020): Responsible for the aesthetics and quality of developed applications and illustrations. Collaborated on implementation and animations. Created high-fidelity prototypes and tested user scenarios and accessibility. Communicated daily with customers in Switzerland and Germany, managing graphic and design phases of 8-10 projects simultaneously.

Graphic Designer (November 2015 - August 2016): Responsible for all visual communication for a starting cosmetic company. Designed new logo, packaging, website, banners, and promotional materials. Contributed to brand recognition and significant increase in revenue through over 120 graphic projects.

Freelance Graphic Designer (August 2016 - July 2019, November 2020 - Present): Worked on various smaller projects as a freelance designer. Collaborated on educational portal development, created logo designs, and participated in advertising campaigns for renowned Czech brands. Developed a design proposal for the National Theatre as part of a final project with ČVUT.
