The candidate is experienced in people management, in her commercial practice she worked as a project analyst for 4 years, later she held the role of project manager for 2 years and for the last year she has been leading people as a Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, she is the SM in Time Mobile Applications, where she has a total of 6 business and 23 IT colleagues. She is responsible for both the delivery of projects that go to their team and also for leading the team according to agile approaches - it's such a combination, maybe not quite standard compared to other Scrum Master positions. Part of her allocation is also for teamleading activities (HR - motivation, remuneration, interviews, holidays, etc.). She has also encountered other agile methodologies such as Kanban and XP. Communication in English language is not a problem for her and she can get along.
Work Experience
Scrum Master (April 2020 - present): As a Scrum Master, I am responsible for driving the team towards achieving their goals and supporting their professional growth. I bridge the gap between the business and IT teams, ensuring proper resource allocation and task assignment for upcoming sprints. I identify and solve issues together with the team and escalate them if necessary. I also identify relevant trainings for team members and ensure their attendance. Additionally, I moderate daily stand-up sessions, lead retrospective meetings, and motivate team members while ensuring adherence to the agile methodology. In terms of delivery, I plan resource capacities, monitor delivery milestones, and coordinate with external partners and vendors. I inform the agile team sponsor about any relevant issues, dependencies, and risks that may impact delivery. I also ensure quality and quantity requirements are met, coordinate installations, manage testing, and oversee post-implementation phases.
IT Project Manager (November 2018 - March 2020): As an IT Project Manager, I plan and monitor activities in Jira based on business requirements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and allocated budget. I moderate status meetings, identify risks, and communicate them to board members and other management parties. I collaborate with the procurement team during RFIs, RFPs, and contract preparation. I follow release processes and standards during deployment, track defect management, and submit final project reports. After the post-implementation phase, I provide handover to the service support team.
Associate Project Manager (January 2018 - October 2018): As an Associate Project Manager, I coordinate project requirements with clients and internal teams. I manage the project initiation process, prepare project plans, and allocate necessary resources. I prepare project documentation, such as estimates and agendas for status report meetings. I handle procurement documentation and billing instructions. I assign resources, manage risks and issues, and ensure project completion within the scheduled plan and required quality. I also prepare final project budget plans and track spent effort and resources cost.
