Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate worked for more than 6 years as a project manager where she acquired excellent skills in project management and implementation of methodological programs. More than a year ago she moved to the position of scrum master in Slovenska sporiteľna where she also holds the position of project manager and is in charge of the whole agenda from processing personal loans and micro loans for small companies. The candidate is also responsible for the overall remodeling of personal and consumer loans into the digital world on the frontend and backend platform. In her current position as Scrum Master, she mentors a team of 22 people with whom she works 2x a day in agile ceremonies. By having her role intertwined with the project manager she is in charge of the entire delivery of responsibilities where they fine tune each other. Her communication in English is seamless as she has worked on several international projects.

May/2020 - Present: Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Responsibilities include working closely with the product owner to manage the backlog and ensure continuous delivery of features. Educating and reinforcing scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholders. Leading the development team from project initiation to final product delivery. Managing project spending and budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Monitoring project progress and performance, reporting status to stakeholders. Facilitating agile initiatives and removing impediments to delivery success.

Sep/2017 - Dec/2019: Project Manager. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, risk management, and customer satisfaction targets. Planning and developing projects in collaboration with release manager and IT providers. Facilitating internal and external workshops/meetings, leading delivery teams, and managing resources. Reporting project status and progress.

Jan/2016 - Aug/2017: Project Analyst. Implemented delivery methodology on programs across EMEA. Supported WBS creation and maintained budget and schedule. Facilitated workshops/meetings and led teams. Reported program status and progress.

Feb/2015 - Dec/2015: IT Ops Technician II. Monitored and managed multi-technology platforms for processing financial transactions. Escalated issues to relevant teams and tracked their resolution.
