Project Manager

The candidate has been working as a certified scrum master for over 3 years. In his previous job he held the position of project manager/scrum master on a project for a railway contracting authority. On the project he created a team of three people and they worked on an electronic auction system (online auckii) where he designed the whole thing and also created the specification documents for the forensic experts. He is currently working for an e-commerce e-shop as a project manager where he is responsible for the overall fine tuning of the e-shop and website development. The candidate is very attracted to the financial sector and therefore a project in this area would be very attractive to him. His English language is at B2 level and he has no problem with reading and writing, but he needs to be able to converse as he has not used the language in the workplace for a long time.

Apr 2021 - Currently:

Responsible for coordinating an internal team of 6 developers, 2 designers, 1 PPC specialist, and 1 creative, along with external subcontractors. Participate and coordinate client meetings, perform internal quality control, and create timelines. Proactively prevent problems based on previous experience and create price offers and project documents.

July 2018 - Dec 2021:

Managed projects at Lightstorm Services, overseeing various aspects such as coordination, quality control, and meeting deadlines. Collaborated with clients and created price offers and project contracts.

June 2017 - May 2018:

Worked as a tactical buyer at Doprastav, responsible for purchasing goods and services for the company.

Oct 2012 - Mar 2017:

Managed the CLAO department at Železnice Slovenskej Republiky, overseeing operations and coordinating teams.

Education:

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. Also attended a secondary industrial school in Nitra, specializing in electrical engineering.

Course or Certificate:

Obtained a Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™. Completed courses in project management, risk management, leadership team development, and basics of digital marketing and advanced Google Analytics from Google.
