Analyst

The candidate is an experienced Analyst with almost 30 years of experience. He is mainly engaged in business analysis, but often with an overlap into solution design, as he is interested in the entire application lifecycle. In addition, he also has experience with GAP analysis, where he did a preliminary analysis of the environment where the application was to be implemented and on one of the projects he also implemented the Siebel CRM system. He mainly uses Enterprise Architect in his work, but in general he has no problem at all working in whatever the client needs. He considers his biggest achievement so far to be working at UniCredit Bank, where he worked for 7 years on a project to speed up the loan process. He joined the project as a Systems Analyst, but gradually moved to the position of Project Manager in combination with the delivery of the solution, where he ensured the communication of the corporate segment and participated in the design, development, testing and training. This was an Oracle application that represented the largest implementation in Central Europe at the time. He is used to working in an agile environment and is mainly interested in logistics and utilities from his work area outside of banks, but he is open to other areas as well. Communication in English is not a problem for him at all.

January 2014 - Present: Providing software services and consultancy in the field of information technology, data processing, hosting, and web portals. Conducting feasibility studies and requirements analysis for various clients in the banking, finance, telecommunications, and retail sectors.

January 2011 - November 2013: Working as a Solution Analyst. Responsibilities included managing client database and technical interface, developing the Integrated Shop System for T-Mobile stores, implementing CRM Siebel, and managing small projects.

January 2008 - December 2011: Working as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. Involved in compliance analysis, proposal, and redesign of the EIA information system.

January 2000 - December 2007: Working as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. Involved in various projects such as the implementation of the Eurosig system for corporate banking, implementation of the Eurosig system for the Unicredito group, and leading the CCUT ACE project for automated credit evaluation.

January 1999 - December 1999: Working as a Senior Analyst. Involved in the development of a personnel information system for the Czech Army.

January 1995 - December 1998: Working as a Department Manager. Led the preparation and implementation of a meta-information system for the bank, including data mapping, functional analysis, and process design in collaboration with Poštovní Spořitelna.
