Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate is a very smart and ambitious project manager with 19 years of experience gained during her work experience on several projects. As a project manager she started working for the city of Pieštany, where she was responsible for the entire strategic planning and implemented about 35 projects focused on IT informatization of public administration. After 5 years, she applied for the International Fund program based in Washington, DC, where she was selected for a two-month internship to learn about the functioning of the system in America through the adoption of laws to the overall functioning of the education and public system. Upon her return, she was offered a job with the United Nations as a project manager in Cyprus, a position she held until the crisis hit. Subsequently, She was employed as a project manager and economic interpreter for an American company where she was directly responsible for the implementation of projects at various levels, working on staffing and the design of complete infrastructure. She holds several certifications (Scrum, Agile coach) which she acquired during her 13 years of experience in IT environments in Telco, Finance and Banking. During her experience at VUB bank she was also in charge of a team of 100 people where she was directly responsible for the implementation of the GDPR program. Her English language skills are excellent both written and verbal.
