The candidate has more than 14 years of experience as a business analyst. He has worked on projects mainly in Telco and Pharma as a Business Analyst and Solution Designer/Architect in companies operating both globally and locally. In the role of IT Business Analyst, he has gained extensive experience in requirements gathering, conducting various workshops with internal and external customers, requirements analysis etc. He does not have a dedicated sector in which he would like to work on a project in the future, but if there is one thing he would like to avoid, it is IT programming itself. He hasn't officially worked as a Team Leader, but has led a team of several testers and analysts within the project team.
