The candidate is an experienced project manager who has been working in his field since 2002. In his many years of working for one company, he has been instrumental in making the company he works for a world leader in the development and production of laminating machines for the printing industry. The network of customers is worldwide, daily communication with them is part of his daily work, among other things. In addition, he is in charge of technical and sales training. The company also operates on agile principles, although they largely have their own system. He uses the English language on a daily basis. He can also speak Russian, but he would have to be conversational. He is not interested in mobile app or web development, he enjoys engineering in particular. He directly led a team of 20 people.

02/2002 - present: Project Manager at Company

• Developed and produced laminating machines for polygraphy, including creating technical documentation such as 3D CAD modeling, drawings, and service manuals.
• Communicated with and selected suppliers, managed orders and logistics, and ensured quality standards were met.
• Prepared documentation for product certification and provided customer support globally.
• Managed spare parts orders and deliveries, provided technical and sales support to domestic and foreign partners, and conducted technical trainings.
