The candidate has been doing analysis for almost 6 years. For the first 3 years he was mainly involved in the analysis of documentary material, both paper and electronic. For the last 3 years he has been focusing on web and custom applications in various fields. His work usually starts before the actual assignment of the project, when he prepares a preliminary analysis, based on which he decides whether the team will work on the assignment or not. During the course of the projects, apart from the analysis itself, basic testing and suggestions for improvement, he also actively communicates with customers, developers and architects. In addition, he also holds the position of IT analysis manager, as he enjoys not only coming up with solutions but also working with people in general. He is used to working in an agile way and can speak English.

11/2012 – 3/2014: Technical Support for Distribution Channels. Installation and user settings for bank client application. Communication via email and online chat. Testing internet banking. Sales of banking products.
