Java Developer

The candidate is an experienced Java developer who has 5 years of commercial experience. He uses Spring framework the most and he also has 5 years of experience. His English is good, he communicates with foreign team on a regular basis. He has a conversational command of Russian and basic knowledge of German. From agile methodologies he actively uses Scrum. He can imagine the position of Teamleader, in the past he has led a smaller team of people.

He is more technically focused, so he has never applied for a team leader position, but he has worked as a Technical Leader. He uses English at work on a daily basis and among foreign languages he also has an active knowledge of Russian and German on a passive level.
