Linux Administrator

Tatiana works in a team of about 20 people to manage servers running on AIX, SUSE or Redhat. She deals with performance monitoring, user account creation and management, updates, upgrades, KPIs monitoring, user and sudo management, documentation control, implementation and security patches. They use agile methodology. He has been working in an English speaking environment for less than a few years, besides he also speaks Portuguese.

• Unix System Administrator – Czech Republic (June 2017 – present): Responsible for resolving problems and issues on AIX/Unix and Linux servers within specified timeframes, managing disk, user, and system health tasks, and implementing security patches. Also involved in incident, problem, change, and service request processes. Familiar with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Unix System Administrator – Brazil (March 2014 - May 2017): Similar responsibilities as the previous role, but in the Brazil office.
• Unix Security Analyst (Jr) – Brazil (Stefanini vendor) (November 2012 - November 2013): Assisted in analyzing and ensuring the security of Unix systems in the Brazil office.
• SA&D Coordinator - Security Process – Brazil (Stefanini vendor) (June 2010 - November 2012): Coordinated security processes and ensured adherence to deadlines and documentation control.
• Intern – Brazil (March 2009 - June 2010): Gained practical experience and knowledge in the IT field as an intern at IBM in Brazil.
