Mr. The candidate is a Linux Administrator and was responsible for administration, installation, server configuration, customer tickets (mostly 1st level), he also took care of HW. For a year he worked as Team Leader of junior admins. His English is at an advanced level but he hasn't had the opportunity to use it that much in the last few years, he would like to change that. When he was a Team Leader there were some efforts to introduce some agile methodologies, but in the end these efforts were not successful. He is currently on probation and is looking for a new job opportunity due to staffing reasons (most of the team he was supposed to work on left).
