Mr. The candidate is a member of a 3 member team (IT architect is above the team) taking care of IT infrastructure (HW, installation, upgrade, update, firewall, switches) running on Windows (200 to 300 virtual servers). His English is at an advanced level, he graduated from German but hasn't used it for a long time, wouldn't mind brushing up on his knowledge. They don't use any agile methodologies.

2019-present IT 2nd level support - Responsible for a portion of the IT infrastructure, including project planning and management. Analyzing and managing LAN, DMZ, and Wi-Fi data network. Providing 2nd level support to users, including consultancy services. Managing foreign branches. 2017-2019 Senior IT specialist - Administering and supporting IT infrastructure, managing active network components, diagnosing and resolving technical issues. 2014-2017 IT specialist - Administering and supporting IT infrastructure, managing local servers and workstations, managing internal users and permissions, communicating with the parent company's IT department.
