The candidate is an experienced IT specialist who has been working in IT for 8 years. He is currently working as an access permissions administrator. He also has experience as a service technician, where he took care of HW in the company and also with customers. Communication in English is not a problem for him as all the documentation he works with is in English and he has also attended training courses in Germany which were in English. The candidate has not yet worked as a team leader, but he has had a team of mentees that he has trained and mentored.

2020- Administrator of Access Permissions - Information Security, responsible for preparing access for new employees, managing access matrix, network access management, user support, collaboration in the deployment of new systems, and production support. 2018-2020 Technical Specialist - Technical Support, providing 1st and 2nd line technical support, pre-implementation consultations, installation and configuration of printing and archiving systems, remote management of Windows servers and Konica Minolta applications, creating documentation, training technicians, and reporting to R&D/3rd line support. 2013-2018 Senior Solutions - Service Technician, responsible for installing and servicing Konica Minolta multifunction devices, printing and scanning systems, creating workflows, preparing servers for client environments, providing technical consultations and training. 2009-2013 Product Manager, responsible for communication with manufacturers, monitoring new technologies, brand management, purchasing and importing goods, developing sales strategies, pricing and stocking, customer consultations and proposing solutions, ensuring security, creating presentations, and conducting technical trainings.
