The candidate is an experienced Java developer who has been working in IT for 16 years. He has been working as a Java developer for the last 5 years. He also has experience with Go and Javascript programming and has worked as a DevOps engineer. His most used technologies/frameworks include Java, Javascript, Go, Python, Swing. He actively uses agile methodologies while working, especially Scrum. He has no problem communicating in English. The candidate prefers long-term projects, preferably lasting several years. He is currently looking for a new project as he is not satisfied with the situation in the company where he works. He has never worked as a team leader before, but has had the opportunity to mentor and teach younger colleagues
