The candidate is an experienced Windows Administrator who has been working in this field for about 6 years. At his latest project he has been a part of a team that is responsible for Scandinavian countries especially Swedish - their main communication is in English. Besides datacenter administration he is also experienced in monitoring, virtualization (VMware), server building, template creation in VMware, automatization and communication with clients and project managers. He is also knowledgeable in computer image and partially worked with Citrix as well. Scripting in PowerShell is one of his favorite tasks and he would like to get more experiences with Cloud technologies in the future. He had training in AWS and Azure and is currently working on the first Cloud certification. The candidate got interested in the Windows Administration position because he likes workspace for companies that create games. He believes he will get into work quickly. His current project ends soon and he has got an offer to work as DevOps engineer, what he finds very interesting - that is why he would prefer working part-time. As a person, The candidate seems as a good team fit that is engaged in his work.

5/2018 – present, IT Specialist - Windows: Providing technical leadership and support for troubleshooting and resolving deep technical issues within the Windows platform. Responsible for installing, upgrading, and decommissioning virtual infrastructure. Developing and optimizing PowerShell scripts. Responsible for patch management and creating/maintaining documentation. Also involved in process optimization and mentoring newcomers. 2008 - 2018, Controller: Worked as a controller in a company involved in the production and distribution of heat and hot water.

2013 - 2016, Economist: Handled processing of lease agreements, redistribution of annual energy costs and payments to tenants, employment contracts, securing contractors for building reconstruction and repairs, bookkeeping, and web design and development.

2014 - 2016, System Administrator: Responsible for managing the IT environment, including servers, printers, workstations, and providing end-user support.

2012 - 2014, Accountant: Managed accounting and tax records for the company.

11/2017 - 1/2018, MS Windows Server Administration: Completed a course at VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava on Windows Server administration, covering various topics such as DHCP, DNS, IIS, firewall, RRAS, AD, group policy, backup, CA, EFS, IPsec, NPS, NAP, DFS, Hyper-V, PowerShell, failover cluster, replication and cluster migration in Hyper-V, and administration of MS SQL Server.
