Architect & IT Security Consultant

The candidate has more than 10 years of commercial experience in the IT field. He started as a network support analyst where he gained the knowledge of networks and protocols. He focuses on the security area for the past 7 years. He currently works as a CyberSec Architect for 1,5 years. He has a partial knowledge of agile methodologies. He does not speak Czech but is fluent in English and prefers to work in this languages. The candidate also has a brief experience as a team lead. He has several security certifications.

Cyber Security Architect (03/2020 - present): Review and drive projects based on security by design, conduct vulnerability management and risk assessments, and drive incident management to resolution.

Security Operations Consultant (01/2019 - 02/2020): Provide last level operation support for network security issues, assist with the creation and development of rules and policies for a newly created Security Operations Center.

Security Administrator/Consultant (04/2017 - 12/2018): Responsible for administration and provisioning of Checkpoint and ASA firewalls, oversaw the transition of a project from Germany to Prague/Kosice.

Senior Security Engineer (03/2016 - 04/2017): Provided tier 2 support in security operations and provisioning, performed troubleshooting and change requests for Cisco ASA, Checkpoint firewalls, F5 load-balancers, and Gemalto Safenet.

Network Security Engineer (08/2014 - 03/2016): Responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of security issues, implemented changes on multiple firewall vendors including Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortigate, and proxies.
