Android Developer & Kotlin Developer

The candidate is a programmer who has been commercially developing on the Android platform for over 3 years. His most used technologies include - MVP, MVVM, kotlin, retrofit, rxJava, Adyen, Google pay, Exponea, Firebase. He started as a C developer (for a year and a half) before switching to Android. On the last project, he developed the whole architecture of the eshop in a team of 2 Android and 2 iOS developers and was in charge of all tasks. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum and Kanban. He can communicate in English without any problems. He also likes to develop his own smaller apps, but they are not yet in production. He is especially interested in long-term projects, because he does not like to change his job often.

09/2020 – present: Android Developer - Currently working on an Android application for a leading perfume webshop. Utilizing MVP and MVVM architectures with Kotlin, suspend functions, Hilt injection, and Coroutines. Also working with Retrofit, RxJava, Adyen, Google Pay, Exponea, and Firebase. 2007 – 2011: Gymnazium - Completed secondary education in Zeliezovce, Slovakia.

2011 – 2015: Faculty of Information Technology - Obtained a bachelor's degree in IT. Completed various projects, including motion detection with OpenCV, multi-sensor system implementation using Arduino and Processing, restaurant management system using Oracle SQL, 3D rendering using SDL library, game with client/server communication using Java, and pedestrian detection and distance estimation using stereo camera in .NET/C# with EmguCV.
