Short Summary

The candidate is an aspiring DevOps engineer, but has been in IT for over 20 years. He is currently focusing mainly on architecture, but would like to focus on Cloud and DevOps, so he is looking for a new ob. He is currently about one year into DevOps. He has 2 years of experience as a Linux administrator, but has been working with Linux as a user for longer. He has only had courses in Docker and Kubernetes so far, he has worked with them on his own machine but hasn't had a chance to use them on a proect yet. He is a native American, he is learning Czech on courses. In the past he had the opportunity to work as a team leader while in the US Navy. 2019-present: Senior Infrastructure Engineer at an international company

  • Focusing on DevOps and cloud computing.

  • Installing and configuring EMC PowerMax 2000 enterprise storage arrays.
  • Assisting the VMware team with cluster farm migrations.
