Product Manager & Project Manager & Test Manager

The candidate is a very experienced IT project manager with more than 20 years of experience. He has experience in IT, finance and telco, also as PMO manager on various projects. The goal of the last project he managed was digital transformaation of ISMET application frontend for Slovakia (direct management reporting on Czech and European level). He also has great experience in IT integration, including Microsoft, Unix, Oracle, Hadoop, Tibco, Kenan, Foris, SAP, among others. He has experience in managing teams of various sizes (up to 50 people) and also in implementing various agile methodologies, he knows agile ceremonies, SCRUM, Kanban, etc. Fluent in Czech and English. He is currently looking for a new job opportunity and is not averse to projects that would be outside his current area of focus.

Role 1: Program & Senior Project & PMO Manager

• Dates: 10+ years in IT/Business/Telco/Finance environments on client or vendor site
• Managed large business environments and IT integration projects
• Implemented PMO methodology and responsible for GDPR projects
• Experience in small software house and international project teams
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with offshore IT delivery model

Role 2: Digital Business Focused Projects

• Dates: Customer Communication Management, Customer's Portfolio Sales Tool, New Sales Tool, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Dual Wallet, Salesforce, Siebel Enhancements, Big Data, Enhancing Mobile Apps

Role 3: Technology Focused Projects

• Dates: Voice over LTE final deployment, Online environment enhancements, Active Directory migration, PBX/Contact Centre upgrades, CAD with SharePoint integration, Cryptographic solution

Role 4: Finance Focused Projects

• Dates: IFRS15, IFRS16 projects

Role 5: Process and Methodology Enhancements

• Dates: Overall PMO stabilization and development, Risk management and clarity enhancements, Agile methodology introduction
