Manual Tester

The candidate has been testing for 2 and a half years, testing manually using Jira. He has experience with integration, regression and functional tests. When testing, he always keeps an eye on the user side of things and since he likes to learn, he would like to dive deeper into UX as a UX designer. He is used to working in an agile way based on Scrum and since he also has experience working with and leading people outside of IT, he would be interested in the Junior Scrum Master position as well. He was also responsible for training new colleagues in two positions within the team - once he gave them testing tasks on the instruction of his team leader and the second time he introduced them to how the whole project works. He is fluent in English at C1 level.
