The candidate is currently studying, but he has no problem working full time, previously he worked as a web developer, on a project as a chellenge for students, working on assignments he received and updating the site as needed. He has 2 to 3 years of experience with PHP, mostly using it for automation, he also has experience with Java and other technologies. He has come across agile methodologies and used them in his work on a daily basis. In the past, he has had the opportunity to mentor 2/3 people on the job.
