Javascript Developer & UX UI Designer

The candidate is an experienced Javascript developer who has been developing primarily in JS for 6 years. Before that he also worked with Flash technologies. He is using jQuery on his current project, but would like to focus on newer technologies and frontend or UX. His most used technologies/frameworks include Javascript, Vue, React, Jest, Sass. Communication in English is not a problem for him. From agile methodologies he works mainly with Scrum. He has had the opportunity to work as a team manager, with a team size of 5 people. He was responsible for getting people on projects, planning tasks and the immediate strategy. However, he has not worked as a tech lead and would not want to go in that direction.
