The candidate has been working in Business/IT analysis for 1.5 years, where in his current job he is responsible for the development of in-house applications and their processes. He has also worked within business development, and assisted the project manager where he actually gained insight into the PM's competencies and overall work - he also responded to areas of the PM that were not working properly. He also gained knowledge regarding agile methodologies such as scrum and waterfall. Peter is very focused on creative work where logical and technical thinking is also needed. He also had the opportunity to mentor new pricers during previous work. His English is at an intermediate level - written communication is not a problem for him, but speaking in English would need to be brushed up. He is open to the possibility of language courses.
