Architect & Business Analyst

The candidate has been working as a Solution Architect for 4 years. Before that he focused on Business Analysis for 4 and a half years, and in the past he has also worked in development for more than 3 years - mainly in C#, but he also has experience with Java. He works with code on a daily basis and has no problem understanding it, reading it, or understanding how different frameworks work. Most of his experience is in banking and on his current project he is working on banking systems integration. He doesn't have a dedicated area that he would like to work in, but he has a soft spot for the energy industry in terms of its infrastructure. He can speak English without much difficulty.

He has 2 months notice period.

Solution Architect (September 2017 - present):

• Defines IT architecture for projects, focusing on integrations, aligned with the bank's IT strategy.
• Participates in RFPS from both the definition and evaluation side.
• Contributes to the bank's IT strategy, specifically in integration platforms and patterns.
• Keeps architectural documentation up to date using ArchiMate 2 notation.

Business Analyst (December 2014 - August 2017):

• Worked on wealth platforms, specifically UK pensions, including platforms for AXA, Aviva, Barclays, HSBC, Standard Life, and Zurich.
• Involved in cross-platform solutions for legislative and regulatory changes.
• Also worked on Close Brothers Asset Management D2C and IFA platform powered by FNZ technology.

Business Analyst (February 2013 - November 2014):

• Worked on wealth platforms, focused on UK pensions.
• Projects included Close Brothers Asset Management D2C and IFA platform as an on-site analyst, as well as work on core FNZ technologies.

.NET Developer (October 2010 - January 2013):

• Developed wealth management platforms for major banking houses.
• Utilized technologies such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, EF, jQuery, SQL, and Castle.

Internship - Project Manager Assistant (February 2010 - July 2010):

• Assisted in managing IT projects.
• Participated in project status meetings, creation of project artifacts, and collection/evaluation of internal process metrics.

Java Developer (July 2008 - August 2009):

• Developed a diagnostic tool for grade crossing interlocking plant Eleksa.
• Responsible for analysis, design, implementation, and internationalization of the tool.
• Ensured compatibility with Eleksa systems and communicated with Eleksa software developer.

Industrial Automation/Networking (March 2002 - November 2007):

• Configured SCADA system Siemens WinCC, created industrial process visualizations, and programmed PLC (Siemens S7-200).
• Designed and configured industrial networks (Profibus-DP, Modbus, IEC 60870-5-101).
• Evaluated and selected technologies, integrated new devices into existing systems.

Master's Degree in Computer Science from Masarykova Univerzita Fakulta Informatiky (2005 - 2012).
