Project Manager

The candidate has been a project manager for more than 10 years. She is currently a PhD student at Comenius University where she also lectures on PM. In her previous work she primarily focused on IT projects in the field of consulting. Her responsibilities included deploying full-stack solutions, working on development projects, custom coding, and algorithm usage. In websupport, she worked on agile transformation, she also implemented agile practices which brought more dynamism to the company. She worked with waterfall, tried to introduce agile development cycles, stand-ups, 2-week interaction cycles towards the customer. She speaks Slovak and Hungarian at a native level. English is at a fluent level and German is only basic.

Managed IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects for large enterprise customers, focusing on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, O365, and AI-based business cases.

02/2014 - 02/2017: Project/Engagement Manager
Responsible for project delivery, quality, financials, risk management, and customer satisfaction for large projects at enterprise and government clients using Microsoft technologies.

08/2011 - 12/2013: Country Manager - Hungary
Built and managed the Hungarian branch of a Slovak webhosting market leader, defining financial and marketing strategies.

06/2008 - 02/2009: Project Assistant
Assisted in project stakeholders coordination and documentation for a large ERP implementation at OTP Garancia Insurance.

Volunteer Experience:
Lecturer of workshops on project management essentials for women and host lecturer of project management in practice at Comenius University in Bratislava.
