Project Manager

Experienced project manager/business analyst with a broad portfolio of projects. Currently working intensively on 4 projects simultaneously, these are international projects from all over the world, he has worked for Vodafone in Oman for example. He has led projects developing mobile applications, internet banking or mobile banking. He has been in the IT sphere for 10 years, of which 4 years have been in BI. Later he was involved in leadership in softskills. In his current job he leads teams of IT people (BE, architects, testers, analysts...), the size of the team depends on the project but he also had a team with 25 people, he leads 8 people as standard. Due to working on international projects, he can handle AJ at a very good level. He uses agile methodologies - Scrum, Scrumban but also uses Waterfall, which he tries to avoid. People appreciate his human approach. He prefers to work on 1-2 projects and fully focus on them, live with them, rather than do multiple projects at once.
