The candidate is a Integration Specialist with over 3 years of experience in this area. He has also been working as a Architect before that. His focus in Diebold Nixdorf was on POS terminals, system integrations, ATM monitoring and monitoring of money flow. Also did some work on data centers. In Tieto he was focused on migration of clients from IBM solution onto a new solution, that included also monitoring and making sure systems keep working. In Siemens he worked on a new train systems from scratch that involved integrating onto actual trains. The project was unfortunately suspended. The candidate has experience with systems performance, that included proper VPN setups, load balancing between severs, proxies to avoid setbacks, work with firewalls and rerouting. He is able to write code, mostly scripts using Bash, Lua, Shell and also Python. He speaks fluent English, and also can speak some basic Czech, but definitely prefers communication in English. He was in the teamleading position before and would like to do it in the future as well. The candidate has the knowledge of agile way of software engineering but in companies he worked for before never used a fully agile way.

Jeho zameranie v Diebold Nixdorf boli POS terminály, systémové integrácie, monitoring bankomatov a sledovanie toku peňazí. Pracoval tiež na dátový centrách. V Tieto sa zameriaval na migráciu klientov z IBM riešenia na nové riešenie, zahŕňalo to tiež sledovanie a zabezpečenie chodu systémov. V Siemens pracoval na novom vlakovom systéme od základov a integráciou na vlaky. Projekt bol ale zrušený. The candidate má skúsenosti as so systems performance vrátanie správneho nastavenia VPN, load balancing medzi servermi, proxy pre vyhnutie sa setbackom, prácu s firewalls a rerouting. He schopný písať kód - hlavne scripty využitím Bash, Lua, Shell ale aj Python. Hovorí plynulou angličtinou a má základy češtiny, no preferuje komunikáciu v angličtine. V minulosti pôsobil na pozícii teamleada, vedel by si predstaviť na nej fungovať aj v budúcnosti. Má znalosti agilného vývoja software, no spoločnosti v ktorých pracoval nikdy nefungovaly plne agilne.
