The candidate is a PM with over 5 years of experience in a field. He is a full-scale PM responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing complex multicateghory projects, delivery, process improvement and automatisation, budgeting, scheduling and financial tracking for projects. Futhermore, he is working with crossfunctional teams on global level. He utilizes tools such as Jira, Confluence and other internal systems for time management and so on. He has an experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. He has also led a different project teams based on the alocation of resources and had an opportunity of upskilling junior colleagues. The teams were up to 25 people. His english is fluent since he uses it on daily basis. Similarly, he speaks german but he would need to brush it up a little.

Built strong relationships with off-shore suppliers and effectively communicated with clients, executives, and management.
