UX UI Designer

The candidate is a UX/UI designer with approximately 1 year of commercial experience in UX/UI. She is working mostly with Figma and Adobe, but she prefers Figma. She are looking for part-time position with approximately 20 hours/week, when she could be active especially at the weekends and after 3 p.m. Her skillset contains Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe Xd and Figma. Communication in English is not a problem for her and she are also alble to understand German, both speaking and writing. She is interested in a part-time position due to the fact that she wanted to improve her skills, so she is currently available as a contractor.

Role 1 (Jan 2010 - Dec 2012): Managed a team of 10 individuals and successfully implemented a new project management system, resulting in improved efficiency and cost savings.

Role 2 (Jan 2013 - Aug 2015): Led a cross-functional team to develop and launch a new product, achieving a 20% increase in sales within the first year.

Role 3 (Sept 2015 - Present): Currently responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including digital campaigns and brand development, resulting in a 30% growth in customer acquisition.
