Product Owner

The candidate is an experienced product owner with 16 years of experience. He is currently working as a product manager of a SW product that the company has been developing and selling for several years. When he joined he was consolidating the product and putting things together. He manages all processes from delivery to customer service. At Notino he worked on a product focused on shift scheduling for temps and HPP people. However, he completed this project in a year and a half, so he was looking for a new job. During his long career, he also tried working in manufacturing companies. He worked in supply chain and in a truck manufacturing company. It was an interesting experience for him as he was in contact with a real, physical product. He also worked for a Singapore company as an account manager, where he managed a team of 20 people. He enjoys taking care of people and stabilizing teams to keep all parties happy. In China, he worked on a product that he completed and is currently still working and being used by 43k people. He considers this a great success. Communicating in English is not a problem for him.

June 2021 - Present: Product Manager, responsible for product roadmap and strategy for Lokia WMS.

January 2020 - May 2021: Product Owner, responsible for shift planning product strategy and development.

November 2018 - October 2019: Product Manager - Production Site, responsible for new product development and strategy, specifically for day-old chick transport worldwide operations.

October 2016 - October 2018: Program Manager - Production Site, leading a team of 16 people and taking direct responsibility for new projects, customers, and daily operations.
