Python Developer

The candidate has been in commercial practice for 3 and a half years. For the last year he has been working on Python projects, mostly in Flask. He works in a team of 12, developing both backend and frontend of internal projects based on requirements. He uses RabbitMQ for communication, Celery asynchronous development, Openshift deployment, Docker containerization. In addition to his development role, he has also worked in a business analyst role in the past. He has also worked with the C programming language while in school. He has experience with agile environments, using Scrum. His English language skills are at C1 level and he works in an international team.

14/01/2022 - Current Software Engineer: Worked in a team of 10 developers using agile practices to develop and maintain a microservice architecture using Python and AMQP. Played a key role in decision-making for one of the services. Gained experience in deploying applications to an openshift cluster using Gitlab pipelines and Ansible Tower.

31/08/2019 - 29/10/2021 Programmer/Business Analyst: Developed and maintained a web-based project using Java-based macros. Created SQL reports for business analysis and contributed to the backend of an internal project using Django framework in Python, focusing on performance and stability improvements. Gained experience in working with Splunk.

31/12/2016 - 30/06/2017 Firmware Tester: Tested WiFi router firmware functionality, uploaded new versions, and troubleshooted malfunctions.

2016 - 2019 Bachelor of Computer Science: Studied at Czech Technical University in Prague, withdrew at the end of the 2nd year.
