UX UI Designer

The candidate is a UX/UI designer with more than 6 years of commercial experience in UX/UI. She has been working with Sketch for several years and used Figma in one project. Two of her projects as a freelancer were from the entertainment sector (lottery etc.), so she has also experience with that area. She is able to be in an office in Zagreb at least 2-3 days a week and has no problem with being in an office during onboarding. Communication in English is not a problem for her and according to her words she is also fluent in German, but has not used German for a while. Although she is working as a freelancer for more than six years, she is also comfortable with standard employment. She is able to be available for a new position in a month or even quicker.

Freelance Graphic Designer (April 2015 - Present): I design custom WordPress websites and have self-taught skills in graphic design. My background in economics and sales helps me understand client needs and focus on user experience. I also completed online courses in user experience research and design specialization from the University of Michigan. I also completed courses in graphic design, logo design, and UI/UX from Lynda.com, Udemy.com, and Coursera. I hold a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić and attended high school for economics in Velika Gorica.

Customer Services Agent (March 2012 - October 2013): I provided technical support and sold services, enjoying the opportunity to help people from all over Croatia. Some clients even offered me free vacations or marriage proposals as a thank you.

Customer Retention Agent (October 2010 - March 2012): As a student, I worked in the retention department, convincing unsatisfied customers to stay with custom offers. This job taught me a lot about people and sales.

Bar Waitress (2006 - 2010): I worked in my family's coffee shop during summers and weekends throughout the school year.
