Java Developer

The candidate is a Lead Java Developer in a Scrum team where they are responsible for 13 java modules, which are based on both backend and frontend. Together they deliver automation solutions in the energy industry. He also uses other technologies like Oracle, Spring boot, MS SQL, Azure etc. Overall, he has been working as a Java developer for around 10 years. As he is working in a scrum team so he has experience in agile methodology. He works on 3-4 sprints per week where he interacts with customer, schedules maintenance or bug fixing. He is currently leading a team of 5 developers and 3 testers. He has also been in charge of onboarding and mentoring and has also previously led a team in India. His English is used on a daily basis as he communicates with colleagues in Sweden and also in India.
