Team Leader

The candidate has been developing in .Net for over 3 years in commercial practice, but professionally for almost 5 years, as he did his thesis using .Net 5 and 6 to create a POS system for a catering company. He is currently working on a cash register system for Czech Railways, where he is actively using Visual Basic. However, he would prefer not to use this in the future and would like to focus on .Net, primarily C#. He also works with Microsoft Azure in databases and is currently learning web development. He is used to using agile methodologies and has a good communicative level of English. He also has experience in leading school projects and teaching in schools, where he has also served as a software mentor.

2013 - 2016: Worked as a Microsoft Student Partner, gaining experience in programming languages such as .NET, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and MS SQL. 2015 - : Co-organizer of events for the Windows User Group, focusing on software development and design using Windows and MS Office, as well as graphic design using Figma, Adobe XD, CorelDRAW, and Inkscape.

2012 - 2016: Completed high school education at a technical lyceum and obtained a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. 2016 - 2020: Pursued higher education, specializing in Information Management and obtaining an engineering degree. 2020 - : Currently pursuing IT development career.

2017 - 2018: Worked as a .NET Developer, gaining experience in .NET development. 2019: Worked as a Soft Skills Instructor, providing training in soft skills. Summer 2019: Taught at the Faculty of Information Technology.

Overall, the candidate has a strong background in software development, with expertise in various programming languages, and has gained experience through internships and professional roles.
