Python Developer

Jirko is an experienced Python developer with commercial experience since 2003. At his current employer he develops windows applications using QT framework. He has experience with classic Python libraries, databases, google cloud, flash, AWS, PHP and Linux. He speaks English at a very good level. He would like to avoid a teamleader position. Does not have a preferred area of work but does not want anything where maths and complex calculations need to be used. He is interested in long-term projects and would like to broaden his horizons in other technologies.

May 2008 - present: Senior Python Developer - Backend programmer with experience in Python 2.5 to Python 3.9, network communication, Django, PostgreSQL, PyQt, deployment, Ubuntu and CentOS, and online games development.

February 2007 - April 2008: Software Engineer - PHP programmer responsible for phone carrier services.

January 2003 - January 2007: IT Specialist - Worked on application hosting platform, server maintenance and installation, technical support for customers, and internal systems programming using PHP.

Education: 1997 - 2000: Graduated from Voš Olomouc with specialization in economy and computers, with the final graduation work being a program for maintaining a company warehouse using Delphi. Specialized in electronics and microchip programming.
