The candidate is a very smart manager, who has worked as a project manager in the past, currently works as an Engineering Manager and is interested in Scrum Master positions, she has almost 10 years of experience. On her current project she uses javascript the most, she has also met C# fleetingly. She uses both agile scrum and kanban methodologies and extreme programming, which she is certified in. She has a very good level of both English and French. She manages an entire department of 40 people and has extensive experience in teamleading. She prefers rather long term projects and does not have a dedicated area, she is interested in SW companies developing products that are for people, modern and new. She would like to avoid banking.
