The candidate, works as an Agile coach, but in previous positions, he also worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master. He has been in the industry since 2016. He is currently setting up internal processes, designing new ways of working based on the needs of the departments. He is in charge of agile auditing in the company and also, mentoring and coaching the team, which is about twelve people. He works with agile methodologies on a daily basis. Matthew's English is at B2 level, so any communication in English is certainly not a problem for him.
