Manual Tester

The candidate has been working as QA engineer since 2019. He does manual software testing and is responsible for 8 different projects - delivery app, account vacinations for some country and so on. Mostly he uses Python with Symphony framwork. He is also responsible for API testing which is performed in Postman. In case of functional testing he uses Minimal, also he practices Phytests. He has also started self-educating himself in automation testing and chose Python as a technology. He would like to get an experience in automation testing. He is familiar with agile methodologies and uses Scrum at work. His previous experience relates to a team lead of 5-member team. His English is fluent, Slovak pre-intermediate and his native language is Russian. He is keen on learning new languages either French, Spanish or German.

• Responsible for requirements verification, mind map development, traceability matrix, test plan implementation, checklists and test case development, smoke testing, functional testing, usability testing, installation testing, API testing, bug tracking, communication with clients, product owner, and developers, monitoring and verification of bug fixing, and mentorship of QA trainees.

Quality Control Technician (2012-2016)

• Conducted quality control over production process requirements and technical documentation, communicated with company engineers and production engineers, consistently achieved production targets, improved quality, and reduced scrap by over 15%, and created detailed weekly reports.

Quality Control Engineer (2008-2012)

• Developed and implemented a quality control system for all stages, reviewed thousands of datasheets for electronic components, consistently achieved production targets, improved quality, and reduced scrap by over 15%, developed testing plans, executed simple tests on-site and controlled complex tests in laboratories, and handled accounting and reports.
